GLEAM's Career Advancement Program (CAP) purpose is to provide career-building soft skills to support hourly paid, restaurant front-line team members growth into supervisory and eventually management positions. 

The target audience for this program are hourly team members who are included in any underrepresented or undeserved communities.

Program Focus 

High-touch virtual sessions over a nine week time period in facilitated, small group learning format. All Sessions will be built around CAP's three core competencies:

Growth Mindset, Building Authentic Relationships and Effective Communication

As a result of graduating from this program, attendees will understand the art and science of how to navigate and progress their career, earn higher wages and hence improve their quality of life by working in the restaurant and food-service industry.
