Career Advancement Program (CAP)

About the Career Advancement Program (CAP)

The Career Advancement Program (CAP) by GLEAM Network is a transformative leadership development initiative designed to empower front-line restaurant and food-service employees to advance into management and supervisory roles. CAP is built to bridge the gap in career progression, especially for underrepresented groups in the industry, by providing structured, practical, and engaging leadership training

What is CAP?

CAP is a nine-week series of virtual, facilitator-led learning sessions delivered in small groups. Each weekly session lasts just 75 minutes, making it accessible for busy team members. The program blends interactive coursework with real-world assignments, encouraging participants to immediately apply new skills in their workplaces. Upon completion, graduates receive a certificate and set actionable goals to continue their career journey
