GLEAM Mentees, who are emerging leaders and executives in the Restaurant, Foodservice, and Hospitality Industry, are custom-matched with Industry-experienced volunteer Mentors to provide guidance, foster growth, and enhance skill sets, empowering mentees to reach their full potential.

The GLEAM Network's mission is to provide access to mentorship and leadership development, focussed on underserved and underrepresented restaurant and foodservice professionals. This proven, one-of-a-kind, industry-specific program helps you bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be, equipping you with tools and strategies proven to work in this industry.

Affordable Access for All
The GLEAM Network is a 501(c)(3), all-volunteer non-profit offering low-cost access to mentorship and leadership development programs via bi-annual signature Mentor Program cohorts:
Emerging Leaders Program: $75/Mentee Admin Fee for the 6-month program - For Field Professionals including General Managers and Above-Unit Leaders such as District/Area Managers, as well as HQ/RSC Professionals and Managers
Emerging Executives and Executives: $150/Mentee Admin Fee for the 6-month Program - For Director Level to C-Suite.
This small Administrative Fee offsets costs related to enabling technology and program value-add elements. Check with your HR or Training Department regarding your Company's professional development reimbursement policy.
